Ozland are seeking skilled Dozer Operators with experience working with the following machines (or equivalent):
- CATD9/D10
- Komatsu D375

About the role
- Conduct pre-start checks, risk assessments and other documentation as required
- Carry out other duties as directed by your supervisor, where competent and qualified to do so
- Maintain vehicles and equipment in good condition, reporting all faults and required maintenance
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, crew members and all company personnel
- Consistently meet quality and production plans and requirements
- Assist with the training and development of team members
- Liaise with site supervision and provide regular updates and feedback to ensure effective planning and production
Skills and requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Australian C Class driver's licence
- At least 2 years experience as a production operator in the mining industry
- Excellent understanding and awareness of an open cut mining environment
- Strong safety focus with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a National Police Clearance
