Ozland are seeking skilled Shotfirers with experience.

About the role
- Conduct quality checks of blast hole area
- Maintain magazines and compounds
- Ensure records of all explosive materials are kept current and accurate, and sufficient stock quantities are maintained
- Report to supervisor when purchasing is required
- Conduct pre-start checks, risk assessments and other documentation as required
- Complete all tasks as per the relevant procedure
- Carry out other duties as directed by your supervisor, where competent and qualified to do so
- Labouring duties as required
Skills and experience
- Full Australian working rights
- Australian C Class driver's licence (HR Desirable)
- Shotfirer licence
- Dangerous Goods Security Card
- IT Loader National qualification (Desirable)
- Effective communication and a solid work attitude
- Strong safety focus with the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a National Police Clearance
